One organic farming method to enrich soil is to increase the carbon content of soil. Plants absorb CO2 from the atmosphere through photosynthesis, and when those plants die, the carbon is converted into organic material by organisms and bacteria in the soil. We initially started using organic farming techniques for safety and reliability purposes, but we now engage with them as a solution for environmental issues.
